Waterways
Iberville Parish has been working diligently to protect and restore the water quality of the parish waterways in the Atchafalaya Basin, see:  (www.dnr.louisiana.gov/Atchafalaya), the Upper Terrebonne Basin (www.utbwatershed.com), and the Lake Pontchartrain Basin (www.saveourlake.org). Iberville Parish is also a national affiliate of Keep America Beautiful, so we encourage all boaters to help Keep Iberville Beautiful by properly disposing of your litter. Do like we do, “pack it in, pack it out”.

The Island Golf Club - selected as one the inaugural members of Louisiana’s Audubon Golf Trail, The Island is the area’s true championship course playing 7,010 yards from the professional tees. As featured on the Golf Channel and in Golf Magazine, our layout is golfer friendly and our rates are surprisingly affordable. The Island’s celebrated Cajun cuisine from Chef Godfrey Hebert’s kitchen led to a #1 ranking on the Audubon Trail, for 2008.

The Mike Zito Multipurpose Center - hosts fairs and festivals, church, organization, company activities, family reunions, many horsing and Zito Multipurpose Centerrodeo events, performances and other activities. The Center includes a 275 feet by 125 feet arena with stadium seating, full commercial kitchen facilities, bathrooms, state-of-the-art sound system, scoreboard and electric display board. It also includes a 32 feet by 50 feet pavilion. For more information on the Center, please visit the Iberville Parish website.
